There are superheroes, and then there are real-life superheroes. And when it comes to this 3-year-old Texas girl, she's giving Wonder Woman a run for her money.
Sophia Sandoval, above, recently celebrated her heroic battle against cancer in a super big way. She donned a mini costume and bravely posed for a picture on her last day of chemotherapy. Of course, , too.
Even sweeter: Lynda Carter, the actress who played Wonder Woman , acknowledged Sandoval's incredible accomplishment by sharing a photo that was posted by the California-based pediatric cancer charity, Jessie Rees Foundation, on her .
On Friday, Sandoval also shared her good news in a video, in which she announced, "No more chemo!" And although she'll have to return for an MRI and final test to confirm she's medulloblastoma-free, her mother told that she's already impressed with how far her little girl has come.
"She's so strong," she said. "She's a superhero."
