With upcoming babies and weddings adding new royals left and right, the British monarchy's very extended family tree keeps growing new branches. One of the most intriguing sections, however, stems from Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
Prince Charles's wife had two children from her first marriage, and their offspring add five more kids into the mix. Whether they received invites to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's May 19th nuptials remains unconfirmed, but Prince George and Princess Charlotte's newest sibling can definitely expect to rub elbows with these extended cousins.
Née Camilla Rosemary Shand, the Duchess dated British army officer Andrew Parker Bowles on and off for years beginning in the late '60s. During one of the "off" times, she began a relationship with Prince Charles but it ended when the future king went overseas with the Royal Navy in early 1973. Parker Bowles himself dated Princess Anne at one point, but ultimately the couple got back together and married on July 4, 1973.
The society wedding had plenty of high-profile guests, including the Queen Mother, Princess Margaret, and Princess Anne. They welcomed their first child, Tom, a year later, and their daughter Laura in 1978.
The couple divorced in early 1995 after 21 years of marriage and much-public backlash stemming from her extramarital affair with Prince Charles. The heir apparent finally married his longtime love almost exactly decade later in 2005. Andrew Parker Bowles, now 78, remarried as well, but divorced his second wife in 2010.
Here's what their kids are up to now:
Tom Parker Bowles
Born December 18, 1974, Tom Parker Bowles became Prince Charles's godson before becoming his stepson. The well-connected family sent him to Eton and then Oxford, where he met his former wife, Sara Buys, a fashion editor.
The two wed in 2005 at a star-studded ceremony with Prince Harry, Prince William, Mick Jagger, Hugh Grant, and of course Prince Charles all in attendance. They had two children together, Lola and Freddy, but reportedly separated after 12 years of marriage in .
Besides his royal ties, Tom is well-known in the UK as a food and restaurant critic. He has contributed to publications like Tatler, GQ, and Esquire and regularly appears on British cooking shows. Six cookbooks also bear his byline with the most recent one, , dedicated to the high-end London department store and food hall.
Tom's younger sister Laura was a New Year's baby, born on January 1, 1978. She attended Catholic boarding school before graduating onto Oxford Brookes University, where she studied art and marketing. She's since worked as a curator and gallery director.
Not to be outdone by her brother, Laura had a lavish wedding of her own in 2006 to Harry Lopes, a chartered accountant and former Calvin Klein underwear model. Her dress was designed by Anna Valentine, who also created her mother's second wedding gown.
The couple welcomed their daughter Eliza on January 16, 2008, followed by twin boys Gus and Louis on December 30, 2009. Eliza had a star turn herself in 2011 when she served as a bridesmaid at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's wedding.
While the entire guest list for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's upcoming ceremony remains a secret, predicts both Tom and Laura made the cut for the exclusive wedding. After all, the Prince attended both of theirs!
