We can hardly believe it's been 28 years since Beetlejuice made its debut, but considering what an amazing success this creepy comedy was, it's no wonder that so many of its stars went on to make it big in Hollywood. See what all these actors have been up to since the film's 1988 premiere.

THEN: Michael Keaton

Heading up the cast in his trademark black-and-white striped suit and seriously icky makeup (plus a touch of mold) was one of the biggest stars of the '80s: Michael Keaton.

Has Michael Keaton aged even a day since the '80s? Of course, he's been pretty busy since playing this eerie role. Shortly after Beetlejuice, he teamed up with director Tim Burton again to play the title character in Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992). His success continued into the '90s and '00s, but it was his role in 2014's Birdman that earned him a Golden Globe Award, an Academy Award nomination and several other accolades.

In addition to her roles in The Fly (1986), The Long Kiss Goodnight (1996) and Thelma & Louise (1991), for which she earned an Academy Award nomination, Davis went on to find great success on the small screen too. In 2005, she won a Golden Globe Award for playing United States President Mackenzie Allen in Commander in Chief, and held a recurring role on Grey's Anatomy from 2014 to 2015 as Dr. Nicole Herman.

Of all the Beetlejuice cast members, Baldwin has arguably stayed in the spotlight the longest. He pled no contest to "inducing a minor to pose for sexually explicit photos" and was subsequently on probation for five years.
