America's Got Talent The Champions is already stacked with the best of the best acts from across the globe. But to the show's host, Terry Crews, and judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B, and Howie Mandel, some contestants are a step above the rest. And because of that, a few lucky acts receive the golden buzzer.

In this AGT spinoff show, the golden buzzer means that a contestant will go straight to the finals. Every season, each judge (and host!) is given the chance to select one act to give the honor to — once they press it, they're done for the rest of the season.

Mel B: Susan Boyle

Right off the bat, the former Spice Girl was moved by Susan's heartfelt cover of "Wild Horses" by The Rolling Stones and chose to send the the legendary Britain's Got Talent runner-up to the next round. Before the gold confetti fell, Mel B told Susan that she has "an angelic voice" and that she "wanted to be the woman that gives her what she deserves." Besides Mel B, Simon was also eager to congratulate the artist and tell her just how amazing she really is.

Heidi Klum: Deadly Games

For Heidi, this thrilling duo (Alfredo and Anna) was the top act of episode two. During their heart-stopping performance, the couple completed all sorts of dangerous stunts, including throwing knives and shooting arrows. Following their performance, Heidi told them that her heart was "jumping out of her chest" the whole time and enthusiastically slammed her hand on the golden buzzer. Before leaving the stage, Alfredo gave a heartfelt shoutout to his sister, a former aerialist who was injured in a serious accident and has been in a wheelchair ever since.
