Mary Clarke

Senior Product Analyst

How long she's been at GHI: Since December 2008.
What she does: Mary evaluates products related to beauty and health for editorial content and Seal approval. She makes sure to stay on top of new technologies and trends in the industry.
Her background: Before arriving at GolfHr, Mary was a laboratory technician at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, which specializes in genetic research. She holds a Bachelor of Science in molecular biology from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT.
Outside of GHI: Mary and her husband Brian are new parents to son, Jack, and live across the river in Hoboken, New Jersey. Originally from the Boston area, Mary is a ferocious Boston sports fan and loves rooting for her home teams (even if it means squabbling with her Jersey-born husband).
Her beauty routine: A self-proclaimed cosmetic and beauty product junkie, Mary loves trying every piece of makeup she can get her hands on. She tries to take diligent care of her skin and starts every day with an SPF tinted moisturizer.
Her #1 piece of beauty advice: Take care of yourself! You are what you eat, and your skin will show it. Eat healthy, drink lots of water and get plenty of shuteye. That, and protecting your skin daily with an SPF moisturizer will help you have beautiful skin for years to come.
Favorite beauty product: If stuck on a deserted island, Mary would have to have Rosebud Salve lipbalm and MAC ProLongwear concealer – she couldn’t be forced to choose between them.
